Now, for some unexplained reason, the app has stopped working on my iPad Update: there is now no way to even email them via customer support because there is no way to send the message from their web site.

This lack of regard for the customer is appalling. I am going to email all the artists I support and tell them why I will no longer be doing business with such an irresponsible and disrespectful business entity.
